Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

During the payment process you will be forwarded to Protx secure payment pages. We do not keep details of your credit card. Authorisation is obtained from your bank the moment the card details have been entered on Protx’s secure payment pages. Once a transaction has been authorised your card is shadowed for the amount that the authorisation was obtained for. This means that for a certain period of time, those funds are reserved and cannot be spent elsewhere. The payment is finalised within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling We ship anywhere in the UK. Please contact us if you would like to order from other EU locations and we can estimate shipping costs for you. All orders over the value £200 are delivered free of charge. Orders under the value of £200 are charged at a standard rate of £15.00 (VAT is added to shipping costs)
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days. We will get in touch with you if your order will take longer than expected to despatch. Delivery times for bespoke items will be agreed when ordering. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

You must inform us within 5 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
