J & M Sherry Textiles was founded in 1974 by brothers John and Michael Sherry and their wives Mary and Iris. The organisation was originally set up as a weaving manufacturer of towels.

The company was bought by David Hawthorne and Geoffrey Hall on 16th June 2008.

Over the years, due to ever-changing market trends, the company has had to change its strategy and develop new markets. UK Manufacturing of towels ceased in 2001 and now imports and supplies textiles to laundries, hotels, healthcare, prisons and small retail outlets.

Following various approaches to buy the business, J & M Sherry Textiles was bought by Ashraf Said Ahmed on 15th December 2015.  Ashraf is well known in the textile industry and he is now looking to invest and grow this business in the UK.

The company’s success was, and remains, attributable to a firm commitment to quality.

Our sister company Mediterranean Linens sell signature bedlinen collections to consumers, made from 100% Egyptian cotton, with the creation of a high-quality, ethical product at the heart of everything they do.

All orders for standard products placed by 3pm will be despatched that day and delivered the next and our 50,000 square feet of warehouse holding millions of pounds worth of stock ensures that we maintain high levels of service across our entire range.


In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong goods or you receive products that are faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
